Course Terms & Conditions
Booking & Payment
The full course fee is €2,500. A €500 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your place. Your place is not confirmed until the required deposit has been received. The remaining balance of €2,000 must be paid in full no later than 14 days before the course start date. Failure to pay the outstanding balance by the due date may result in your place being cancelled and your deposit being forfeited.
Deposits & Cancellations
Course deposits are non-refundable, except where the course is cancelled by House of Beauty Academy. If you are unable to attend your booked course, please contact us as soon as possible. Where sufficient notice is provided, we may allow your booking to be transferred to another available course date at our discretion. Failure to attend without notice may result in the loss of all payments made. If you need to reschedule your training, you must provide at least 14 days' notice.
If you cancel within 14 days of the course start date , fail to attend, or do not provide sufficient notice, all payments made will be non-refundable and non-transferable.
Rescheduling by the Academy
In the unlikely event that House of Beauty Academy needs to postpone or reschedule a course due to unforeseen circumstances, students will be offered an alternative course date. Where applicable, students will also retain any payments already made towards their booking.
Attendance & Punctuality
Students are expected to attend both full training days and arrive on time. Full attendance is required to successfully complete the practical training element of the course.
Models & Practical Training
Practical work may involve working on live models under supervision. Students must follow all hygiene, health and safety, consultation and treatment protocols taught during the course.
Case Studies & Certification
Students are required to complete the relevant assessments and 3 case studies following their training. Certification is subject to successfully meeting the course requirements and completing the required assessments/case studies to the standard set by House of Beauty Academy.
Starter Kit & Course Materials
Where a starter kit and/or course materials are included, these are supplied for the registered student and are not exchangeable for cash. Course manuals and training materials remain the intellectual property of House of Beauty Academy and must not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used to teach others without written permission.
Student Responsibility
Students are responsible for ensuring they have any prerequisite qualifications required for the course and for providing accurate information when completing the booking form. Completion of training does not remove the student’s responsibility to obtain appropriate insurance and comply with any professional, legal or local requirements before offering treatments to clients.
Course Requirements & Eligibility
Students must be 18 years or over to attend training.
No previous microblading experience is required; however, students should have a genuine interest in entering or progressing within the beauty industry.
Students are responsible for ensuring they meet any requirements necessary to obtain appropriate insurance before carrying out treatments on paying clients.
All students are expected to attend the full duration of both training days and participate in all practical and theory elements of the course.
House of Beauty Academy reserves the right to refuse or postpone certification if a student has not demonstrated the required level of competence or has not completed the required training and assessments.
